WHAT IS THE GIVING PROCESS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
At BIGBARK we believe that giving back should be a priority and not an exception. That is why we've created a number of very simple ways that our customers can donate to charities throughout the community and throughout the world.
- Through the BIGBARK BOTTLE BANK we can take in all of your refundable items and donate all monies received to a charity of your choice.
- We will gladly pick up any gently used items you have in your home; clothing, furniture, appliances, etc. as long as they are still useable or functioning. We will take them to a charitable organization for you. Got older items that need a little TLC? We can find homes for them too. We hate to throw anything out.
- 1% of all annual earnings from BIGBARK ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS endeavors goes to The David Suzuki Foundation who works with government, business and individuals to conserve our environment by providing science-based education, advocacy and policy work, and acting as a catalyst for the social change that today's situation demands.
- We look for non-profit groups in our community who may need assistance or help to provide employment for individuals who may otherwise be unable to work.
