1. By becoming a customer of any of BIGBARK Environmental Solutions services, including curbside collection, yard waste removal, waste audits or consulting services, you agree to follow all policies, regulations and payment schedules as set out either in print or via website or email.

2. BIGBARK Environmental Solutions, it's employees or affiliated companies assumes no responsibility for any information,  property or otherwise that is disposed of through our collection services or recycling processes.

3. Any customers who choose the Monthly Collection Service option, agree that they only have enough recycling on a per-month basis to fill the one bag provided. Should the customer have more than will fit in the bag and they choose to put it out on collection day, they understand that the extra may be left behind and that BIGBARK Environmental Solutions reserves the right to charge for the extra amount based on the discretion of BIGBARK Environmental Solutions.

4. Monthly Customers may only cancel a month of collection granted they have given at least 24 hours notice before the date of collection either by phone or email. The fees paid will be credited to the following month. If there has been no cancellation, the fees will still be charged. This option is not available for Bi-Weekly service.

5. Should a customer miss a collection, there will be a $2.50 charge in order for BIGBARK to come back and collect, should the customer request it.

6. Customers who choose to pre-pay for either 6 months or Annually will not be credited the respective free month(s), if they have an outstanding balance or have been invoiced for an amount.

7. Customers with an outstanding balance of more than 30 days from invoicing are subject to an additional charge of $10 per month.

8. NSF cheques will be charged an additional $15 fee.

9. Customers who wish to cancel service must notify BIGBARK to avoid further collection service charges.
